1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the results:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the service completion.
- Provide details of the issue, including photos if necessary.
- We will review your concern and offer a solution, which may include re-cleaning the affected area at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Incomplete Service Delivery: If a service you paid for was not provided.
- Irreparable Damage: In rare cases where damage occurs due to our negligence and cannot be rectified.
- Service Not as Promised: If the delivered service differs significantly from what was agreed upon.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@kwikdry.co.ke or call +254 701 294 929 within 3 business days of the service.
- Provide your receipt, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
- Dissatisfaction due to issues outside our control (e.g., pre-existing stains or damage that cannot be removed/restored).
- Services completed to industry standards where no verifiable complaint is established.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
- Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance.
